Restaurant
The restaurant is reserved for hotel guests and proposes, as is its custom, a series of set menus featuring several courses.
The cooking is traditionally Piedmontese, and its strength is in the ingredients, which are always of prime quality: vegetables from our garden, meat, eggs, poultry and rabbits from the farms in the Cioccaro area, and truffles from Moncalvo.
Our cooking techniques, simple and light, serve only to highlight the excellence of these locally produced ingredients.
The same care is taken with our breakfasts, where homemade cakes, biscuits, jams, marmalades and yoghurts are accompanied by excellent cured meats and locally made cheeses.
